These are some of the major beliefs people have as to what smoking does for them. One of the important approaches I use when I help my clients to quit smoking, is to challenge these beliefs. If your subconscious mind continues to believe these thoughts then quitting smoking will be extremely difficult as you may have experienced in the past. The main reason people find it so difficult is because of the subconscious belief system.

As every quit smoking client I see is individual in their habit, then equally, the content of the treatment is individual too. I base the treatment around your own personal needs. Each session will be tailored around the feedback you give me as to your habit. When you arrive for your session I will check on how you have been since the last time I saw you and base the session around this information. During the hypnotherapy sessions and when you are in a very relaxed state, I will give your subconscious mind suggestions to accept in order to help you break your smoking habit in a calm and relaxed way. These suggestions will be tailored to your needs. I do not offer a 'one programme fits all' system so your subconscious mind will accept the suggestions it hears because they are tailored to your own needs. Each session will be recorded for you so that you can continue with the hypnotherapy suggestion in the comfort of your own home. This will further enhance your own desire for change.
