When you arrive for your session I will check on how you have been since the last time I saw you and base the session around this information. During the hypnotherapy sessions and when you are in a very relaxed state, I will give your subconscious mind suggestions to accept in order to help you break your smoking habit in a calm and relaxed way. I do not offer a 'one programme fits all' system so your subconscious mind will accept the suggestions it hears because they are tailored to your own needs.
